NEW HAIR...

I went back to my simple middle part hair style. I needed something simple and nice for the festive season. I literally cannot wait for CHRISTMAS!! 

I have half the family over so I'm looking forward to it especially with two little nephews!

I hope everyone's having a fab weekend. My weekend started last night with dinner with work buddies. 

This morning I woke up really warm, sore throat and really tired after busy week at work so, I decided to go for a morning walk before I started my Saturday. I met up with my doll Kelly from London for dinner and some last minute Christmas shopping and we ended up eating so much and having Starbucks lates ha!

Now I'm relaxing, opening up  early Christmas presents from the children at work. It's a chilled Saturday for me, few chocolate, hot chocolate and going to watch "Perfect Guy" OMG watched half this morning then I had to rush out and I was in love. Below the trailer, do have a look.

HAPPY NEW MONTH

Good Evening dolls,

I took this outfit ages ago and only found it while looking at photos in my camera. I wore this outfit on a random night out with friends. I love how one can put a last minute outfit together and still make it look stylish.

I'm so tired, last night I found myself turning left, right and thinking until 2am. Today I made the most biggest decision I have ever made and it was in my head the whole night. I woke up in December with a smile on my face. I was happy with the decision. I will confirm everything this weekend when I come back from London. wohoooo Its December which means it'a almost Christmas. I have couple of the family coming so I cannot wait!

Happy Sunday lovelies!

Where did the weekend go? It's already Sunday.. I just want it to be Friday again ha.

Last night I attended my work's awards night and I wore my Yellow dress from Zara for the first time. I wanted to wear something bright for the first time.. and I sure was the brightest person of the night ha! I really like this dress as its classy, short but at the same time it's simple. The feedback I got from friends where it really works well with my skin tone.

Just an update.. On Friday I'm going to London for the weekend for an exciting news which I can only confirm when I get back. I can't wait!!!

I had such a busy day with a nail appointment in the morning. I get so excited when I get my nails done and this time I went for a simple fire red colour. I might share photos later.

I have a work awards thing tonight so I decided to shop around and during this time I ended up buying few beauty products. I think I have become a makeup junkie! ha..

It's so hard to work out during the week so I try my best to do some cardio work out, so I'm off to the gym for a quick workout before I get ready for tonight. Above is what I'm wearing to the gym. I always buy my clothes in Penny's as its affordable and stylish at the same time.

I wanted to drop by and share this outfit. I think it was taken a month ago but I never got the chance to post it. 

Today is my last day off so I ensured I went to the gym to gain some energy for the busy week ahead. 

I have been listening to Ed Sheeran lately and I must say his Album X ' I see Fire' has been an inspiration. With these cold and busy days at work I love to relax with a cuppa tea to calm and relaxing music. Have a listen to it and let me know what you think. I hope I have Ed Sheeran followers x

Hope everyone is good. I want to apologize for not posting.  I have been sick and been off work for couple of days so I wanted to focus on my health. So, Here's a look I wore a couple of weeks ago.This look was inspired by the saying "Oh Baby It's Getting Cold Outside" that's more based on the fur. I have to say I feel so warm when I wear this coat. It's so big on me but it still looks stylish. I don't think I can go another day without my high wasted jeans as it shows off my figure and for some reason it makes my legs look long and toned ha! 

Time to get cosy now girls, I'm thinking of a cup of tea and Gossip girls ;)

Hey Babes,
Happy Wednesday, I had such a busy week already I cannot wait for the weekend. Although I have a busy weekend ahead with parties but I know it'll be fun.

Last weekend I went window shopping and I was stopped by a Smashbox makeup artist because she fell in love with my skin. She asked if she could try out some of their newest products such as foundation and contouring kit. I was so flattered and after the try out I couldn't just go home without buying these lovely products. Every time I put makeup on such as MAC or Bobbi Brown I find it makes my skin oily and leaves my skin with break outs but Smashbox felt like I had nothing on me..NATURAL! I couldn't wait to share what I got with you guys. I'm out most of this weekend so I'm going to take pictures of my makeup.

I've had a really busy and tiring day at work so I have a nice cup of tea and movie ready before I head to bed early. Have a nice evening, till next time.

 I had such a busy and tiring week at work so I decided to enjoy myself this weekend. I'm going out for my friends 25th birthday in the city and I am so excited! I thought I'd share my outfit here before I head out for cocktails with the girls and God know's where will end up haha!

My whole outfit is from MISSGUIDED. I fell in love with this look when I was browsing about and I couldn't wait to wear it. I never wear knee high boots or jumpsuits but I've decided to change my look a bit.

This look is so sophisticated and same time classy ini. I hope these boots don't kill my legs by the end of the night ha! What you think of the look, I'd love to know..

Hey dolls,

Guess what! I went to the gym this morning finally` It was so hard though waking up at 6. It was so dark and cold when I was driving and all I could think of was being all cuddled up in my warm bed. But I know it will be worth it in the end.
Back in the summer I kinda hurt my finger so I have left it heal for two whole months which meant no visit to Mango Nail to get my nails done. But Wohoooo its better now and I'm finding myself on Tumblr falling in love with all the latest nail ideas. I still have not decided and I have an appointment Saturday morning. I was thinking a nice wine color for the winter and than I fell in love with Nude and RED!! Any ideas guys ?

I have a free weekend for a change so I am going to be so lazy and watch HomeLand and eat lot's of chocolates..it's that time of the year (Christmas). I have an interesting post here on thursday so check it out.x

WEEKEND- GIRLS NIGHT

Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. My weekend was busy but I had so much fun.
Friday night I went to my friends graduation dinner and we went out to a local event after words. The night included with cocktails and dancing in the dancefloor the whole day ha.. I also couldn't wait to wear my new outfit from Missguided, what you think? want a full outfit?
I shot a couple of outfits today which will be up this week.

SKIN CARE- REVIEW

Good Morning babes, 

I decided to do different post. For the past year I have been trying to find a skin care product that works with my skin type. Here are some the products reviews on what I tried that worked and did not work for me.

1.Simple Facial Toner// 2.St. Ives Daily Scrub// 3.Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water// 4.Simple Cleansing Lotion// 5. Tea Tree Face Mask.

The products that didn't work for me.

4. Simple Cleansing Lotion. 
I have a oil combination skin type that needs keeping skin tone. I don't think  this product really worked on my skin. It left my skin feeling really dry that I had to keep put it on. In stead of keeping toned it made it un even and it made me darker. I felt like I was getting a break out with this lotion. I would give it a 1 out of 10.

The products that worked for me.

1. Simple Facial Toner.
I used the Simple Facial Toner morning and night with a cotton wool after washing my face with the St.Ives daily Scrub. It left my skin feeling fresh and after a week I could see my skin toning up. When I was in Congo for holidays I noticed it worked better there for a reason.I would highly recommend it for anyone trying to tone your face whether you have dry or oily skin.I would give this product 10 out of 10.

2. St. Ives Daily Scrub.
I have to say this is my favorite product. I have never had to be so excited to wake up in the morning just to wash my face with a product. I suffered from breakouts and small spots lately due to bad eating habits and stress from work. I believe this product has refreshed my face and giving it a lift.I used this product morning and night wiith cool water. From the first day of using it my skin felt soft and fresh.I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is found in any pharmacy and beauty shop.

3. Tea Tree Face Mask
I use the Tea tree once a week just to relieve any stress my skin has picked up during the week. I enjoy using this because I feel young after I wash it off. It leaves my skin feeling different and takes away dark circles and makes my skin soft. I feel like I just came out from a spa. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable product. I would give this a 9 out of 10.

I know as ladies it's hard to find products that work in ones skin. I honestly love finding skin that work for me so that when I don't wear makeup my skin looks fresh. I have found although I use these products drinking lots of water daily has helped my skin stay fresh.

I'm starting a fitness goal for November. Tumblr has me thinking about keeping fit so I think I'll try it out. I love how Kylie Jenner keeps healthy and toned up. 

I got off work early today and I'm feeling a bit down, don't know why because I had a fab weekend. I think getting back to the gym will help me release all the stress I have been having.

Okay I'm going to turn off the laptop and started a new show on netflix and just RELAX, Any suggestions?

Here in Ireland the weekend is still going on. Although I am still sick I am enjoying myself.
I am celebrating tonight by going to the cinema with friends and catch up.

I took this outfit back in September when I came back from Congo with my new hair cut. Wow I miss the bob now. I looked so young. I just had a huge Missguided delivery and I was excited to wear it out. My legs were so toned their from the gym. I need to go back to the gym. I'm thinking maybe of doing a November fitness routine.,

Good afternoon Babes,

I woke up today really sick with a sore throat and sore head! I need start excising more and drinking lots of water. I think my body's giving me lot's of hints. It's Saturday finally, I was looking forward to the weekend after having no time to relax last weekend.

Happy Monday or should I say Oh No.. It's Monday!!. My weekend went so fast with training and birthday celebrations. Sunday was the only day I got to relax and catch up on shows such as Scandal and Grey's Anatomy. Thanks to everyone who wished me Happy Birthday on Instagram. 

For those that don't know I have a Snap chat account. I never really saw the reason behind it until I started snapping weekend outfits and got amazing feed backs. So, I decided to share with you my latest outfits on my snap chat on my way for lunch, shopping or night out with friends. I have to say now I love snap chat haha! 

I had one of those Monday blues where I woke up at 6am so cold and when it was time to get up my body was just not having it.. Any one experience that every Monday? Now I'm relaxing watching Reign, It's not my cuppa tea but It's good so far. I can't wait for the return on Made and Chelsea.

MONDAY- STYLE

Hello Lovelies,
Hope everyone had a great weekend. I made sure I  relaxed this weekend. It's Monday, I usually never like Mondays but this Monday is different because two days till my Birthday!! Wow It's my Birthday again. Last year I went to  Belguim and the year before that was Paris with a friend. This year I've decided to stay in Ireland and treat myself to a nice weekend. I have a busy week ahead of me, I mean every day I'm doing something with different people and Sunday its a treat to myself which I will share more later during the week.

The outfit above is a look I shot with my amazing photographer Alanl two weeks ago. When I styled this look I thought of Naomi Campbell. I never wear leather but when I saw this on Missuided I fell in love. We all need a leather skirt in our wardrobe for the winter season. It can be styled with a nice top, jumper and knee high boats depending on the weather. I usually post all my outfit of the day post on my snap chat. If you donl't follow me,, do its @marlenesilver. Good Afternoon babes, 

Hope you enjoyed your weekend! Last week I mentioned I found an amazing photographer to help me shoot outfits for my blog thanks to my amazing friend Maggie. I was so excited, It was like I was going to an event and the more we shot the more I wanted to show you guys! 

I love this outfit, I could not believe I put it together. With the weather changing I always ensure to stay warm and stylist  when heading out. I fell in love with this yellow blouse while shopping last week and I think it's important to add a little bit of color during the autumn season. 

So far, I've had a relaxing day. Sunday's are all about Pj's, treats and movies and I love it! It's the only day I can be lazy! haha.. I've decided to have two post a week and If I'm free I'll do more. Especially with my birthday in two weeks I can't wait to share more..! This year I have decided to stay in Ireland but instead treat myself but I'm still deciding..mm

I've started watching Gossip Girls again and this time round I prefer Blair. I'm heading out after this for dinner with friends just a little catch up, maybe take a picture of my shoot.
